I'm not offended, I was having trouble justifying the cost myself. But then I realized that it really didn't matter anyhow wether it was a purebred or not. It's not going to be a show dog or used for breeding or anything like that just a pet. We have a Purebred Yorkie already and wanted to get him a playmate. Just because it is not a purebred Yorkie or Maltese dosent make it any less of a dog in my eyes, it comes from healthy purebred parents on both sides so it seems like its just as good as a purebred to me. Lots of purebred dogs today originated as a mix, the silky terrier was a mix of a Yorkie and an Australian Terrier, Now its a AKC recoginized breed. |
