Sure, they are all Yorkie. Considering that the Yorkie was developed using other terriers that were all larger (Sky, Clydesdale, Waterside, Paisley), the genes are there and if you get the right sperm and egg together, you get a throwback to the larger size.
After all, all the breeds go back to the wolf. Selective breeding gave us all the numerous, vastly different looking breeds that we have now. We didn't have to have a tiny wolf to get down to the size of the Chi, the Yorkie, the Maltese, and all of the very different toy sized dogs that are available today.
