I haven't been on this website for a while, but recently saw your posting. I'm so glad to hear your yorkie is doing fine - I hope it stays that way. I let Casey know that our Yorkie has a liver shunt and that she should not be breeding these parents anymore, but I never heard anything from her (she's probably afraid I'm going to stir up trouble), but I did want her to be aware of it since my Yorkie's shunt is typical of incorrect genetic breeding. Anyway, we are still having issues, but we constantly monitor her blood level enzymes and hope for the best. She is now 4 years old, and like you, love her dearly. Good luck!
