Karen, "AllDogBoots," is one who has a "special shirt" for Cooper to wear during thunderstorms. It is a regular shirt reserved for thunderstorms and it gives Cooper comfort.
Baby Yorkie, you may want to check out the Thundershirt. Some people have had success with them.
