Wow, I am just catching up on this thread, I don't post a whole lot but I read daily and first thing I am saddened by the lost of your puppy, sad to say somehow I think he is in a better place, than had he continued to stay in your care. You know I use to worry sometimes about what if my baby needs emergency medical care and I don't have any money that day, but that is no longer a concern of mine as I know if he were in distress we would surely leave here headed to the vet money or not. Having been here on YT, for a while I know that if I posted that my baby was in need and I needed some help, be it a kind word, in person hug or transportation, somebody here ANYBODY here would rally to help. Its about the love of the animal, with whom most of us never even look at the fact that they are animals, simply a family member. If your child were sick, most people jump thru hoops to take care of them, the same applies with our fur babies. My advice to you would be to not be so defensive, what has happened can not be undone, what you can do is learn from the experience and turn it around and make something good come out of this. Learn all you can about the care of an animal, volunteer at a shelter and help another animal. Walk a positive stride from here on out, and be thankful for the information provided here.
