Default What to do when they throw up

I woke up this morning and Harley was playful as usual, I gave him his food, went back a few minutes later and he hadn't touched it, and I noticed there was some vomit under the bed, no idea when he did it, it wasn't warm so I don't think it was extremely fresh. I gave him a bit of syrup (High-Cal) just as a precaution.

There's no stools yet, so I have no way of knowing if anything else is bothering him.

Thoughts?

Should I completely take away his food, cause it wasn't a fresh vomit, I'd be interested in knowing if he'd eat.

I can't think of anything different he's had, except that we were up playing late last night, so I gave him some treats and pineapple around 12pm, but he eats those all the time, and his bed time is usually around 10-11 anyway.
