Celltei Classic Pak-o-pet. It's an all in one -- discrete carrier, car seat (it has a slot for a seat belt), and it's airline approved. For Tatiana, I purchased the Celltei Extra Small size, and take flights with her. Her carrier fits under the airline seat in front of me.

Also, the carrier has many excellent features. It's the only carrier I reach for. Incidentally, Tatiana loves it. All I have to do is open the side entry flap, and she runs inside it.

In my opinion, the Celltei carrier looks much better in person. It's well-made. The photos on the website are fine, but in my opinion, doesn't do the carrier justice. JMHO.
