I use baby wipes 2x a day and they really help, I buy the johnson for senstive skin
I get them warm so the kids dont mind it so much. I also use distilled water and it really makes a diffrence. small breed dogs are prone to eye infections according to my vet because of there hair.
not sure if im convinced on that.
