Very interesting - they kind of tried to pass it off to me as company policy. I know they are franchised out. As far as I'm concerned as long as they have to wear a collar (even breakaway), the argument that clothes could be a safety hazard in terms of choking or the like doesn't sit well with me since I think most of them would rip far sooner than a collar would. Besides, a "counselor" is supposed to be with them at all times, and a shivering dog on concrete floors just seems cruel to me. I'm so glad you've found a place you are comfortable with to take Ian. It's really nice feeling like they are being well taken care of when you can't be with them.

When the owner of Atlanta Dog Spa found out we were moving, she told us that Camp Bow Wow is the only chain she'd ever take her dogs too, so she obviously thought highly of the one in Alpharetta.
