I have a morkie who is 15 wks old. I have only been able to get a a tiny little ponytail in her hair twice. Ughhh. She is so wiggly. I would to up her hair up at least once a day to get her used to it. How do I get her to cooperate? I've tried treats but she gets even more excited. Help please!
