I apologize if this has been posted before, I did a brief search but did not find any tips. I was wondering if anyone has a good solution to curing the build up (tear stains I guess they are called) on Yorkies? I've successfully cut out the build up once, but only a few days later, there is a pretty thick build up and it's very close to the eyes, so I can't cut it again. It's almost intrusive to the dog, so I was wondering if anyone has any tips. He really sits there well and is a trooper throughout me trying to clean it, but it just keeps coming back and builds up even thicker.

Any tips would be certainly appreciated.
