Oh, my!!! The chance of him harming another dog are great if he gets time off for good behavior and gets out early. Seriously, between the grandkids and the possibility of the son getting out of jail, I would really worry about a dog in the home. BUT, we cannot control others choices so help her by giving her all of the info you have and she will be responsible for making the final choice...Good Luck...
