As I stated in your other thread, when a pup, especially a tiny gets vaccinated, it totally takes over their immune system, leaving nothing behind to fight off other infections, and will take 2-4 weeks before it disengages the immune system and allows it to return to normal, where it will begin again to fight off the illness. This is 'why' sick pups and dogs should never be vaccinated until they are in the clear.

Also, the antibodies her immune system produced to fight off the illness could have killed off some of the vaccines she got and her body was not able to respond to the vaccines as expected, leaving her with a low level of protection. You may want to discuss revaccinating her when she is better with your vet.

If this is the same vet that gave her the vaccines in the first place, I would strongly suggest finding a new vet, one that has more experience with vaccines and very small dogs.

JMHO.

I will pray that she makes a speedy recovery....
