Yorkshire Terrier Club of America is a good place to start. There are several listed on their Breeder referral page that are in Wa. State.
I don't think it is a good idea to contact a breeder and have a pup shipped to you without knowing anything about the breeder,how it was raised, at least see the mother that sort of thing.
Personally I don't sell pups that way, I must interview and eventually meet the prospective new home.
