My yorkies are obsessed with human food too! lol I don't think I'd worry so much about him if all he's doing is shaking....small dogs in general tend to shake...and it doesn't always mean they are chilled. Sometimes if Tulips excited or anxious or scared she'll shake.. If he has other problems such as bowel problems, throwing up, weight loss, not eating at all..etc..then I'd become worried and have him checked out..
And as far as the attached at the hips goes...my Daizy has her moments where I can't leave the room without her..and other times she couldn't care less where I'm at....and sadly I haven't been able to use the restroom by myself in YEARS!!!!
So being REALLY attached is common among yorkies!
