Oh my Abbie, you have a lot riding on your shoulders right now. I hope that your little one will be ok; it's good they are monitoring her and giving her IV fluids.
Liver issues are VERY common in yorkies; my Lucy has mild liver disease. It does not have to be a death sentence so take a deep breath and let your Vet do what testing needs to be done.
