I'm not familiar with Bounce. I would test another product on your pup and see if it makes a difference. A very popular product line here is Biogroom. You can email them from their website and request free samples. I highly recommend the Biogroom Fluffy Puppy shampoo, Oatmeal shampoo, and Silk Creme Rinse. None of the chain stores carry these products anymore. You would have to order online.
For the Silk Creme Rinse, dilute a tiny bit in a measuring cup full of water, mix, and then pour over your pup's back.
