I use an ear cleaner with a drying agent in it after baths. It's called Vet Solutions ear cleaner. If you don't have access to something similar, you can try using a hair drying on medium heat. Hold the ear flap open and blow over the ear. Be very careful not to hold the hair dryer too close to your pup and don't keep it blowing in one place to long. There is a risk of burning your pup's skin if you do.

In your other post you said the ear had gone down. That is not unusual. Sometimes when pups are teething the ears will go up and down.

If your pup continues to scratch and shake his head, have your vet check his ears to make sure there isn't an infection or parasite bothering him.
