First, has she thrown up? If not that's a decent sign? If so you just have to watch that she doesn't stop drinking and that her sugar doesn't go low. Be thankful that you know what's causing her to be sick...
Um when Harley got sick last, they gave him a shot at the vet to settle his tummy, but he was throwing up, and had loose bloody stool (we don't know what he got into). So with no access to a vet here are things to look for...
First don't panic... if you're stressed out, you may make her stressed out. I know that much. I haven't had to deal with too much doggie first aid, but here's what I know, I'm sure you'll have a few posts soon to help you.
Is she drinking? If so keep the water going to her so that she settles.
Do you have any sort of syrup for if their sugar is low, like Nutra Cal, or I can't remember the name of the one I have. I would think that you may wish to give her a bit so that if she's pooing a lot her sugar isn't too off balance.
I would keep a close eye on her, limit what she eats tonight (ie taking away her food was a good thing) if she looks hungry and getting back to normal later tonight I'd give a bland diet. If you also can't get to the vet tomorrow, feed a rice and boiled chicken diet, it's bland and will give her a chance to settle.
With water and something bland she may be able to ride it out well.
Hope this helps a little, just keep a good eye on her, get her to the vet as soon as it opens. Good luck.
