time to check out the lines you like at least get one from a breeder that has
a champion sire or dam and your chances are alot better. Ask them for the
TN # of their champion to make sure it is in her/his name and the breeder
isn't giving you a story. You can let them know you trust them but people
you know have had problems and if they are "for real" they will give it to you
so you can check it with the akc. Maybe this is just me but I still think a

Oh and maybe this would be good for people that are new to the breed and thinking of purchasing. If the breeder cant supply the pedigree for you before purchasing then maybe you should think agian before purchasing from that breeder . AKC can only give you the litters parents info. see uneducated purchasers of all breeds think that if theres champions in the grandparents then thats great because the breeder just decided not to show so thats why the litters parents didnt show champions. it can very easily be believed. i would belive it. this isnt what my yorkies breeder said cause i didnt talk to her about this issue but this can be what alot of people are think before they are buying.
