To all, I have already sent emails to Rescue Organizations and as much as I love Piper, I would give him to an organization that could provide his surgery in a heartbeat!! I am NOT being cruel as some here have suggested! I have been online, researched this, applied for grants, vet assistance, and yes the CareCredit as well. ALL have turned me down. Still waiting to hear from ANY Rescue Organization!!!
