Just seeing this thread -- Jackson never has done the slow transition thing either, lol. He always picks out new food. I think it's fine. You MAY see some upset stomach for a few days, but most dogs can handle it just fine, so just give it some time for her system to get used to it.
I think TOTW is a great choice for the price! I'd feed it, but I'm pretty happy with Orijen right now. I also like and have fed Go! Endurance, Wellness Core, and Nature's Variety with GREAT results.
Just giving you some more ideas. Keep us updated on the TOTW. Which flavor did you get?
