When I got Bailey his ears were down also,, but I kept trimming the hair on the edges and when I got him groomed they shaved them properly, and when we sat I always massaged his ears, (which he LUVED), and eventually one went up, then when the other did the other would fall??!! I was soo worried, for probably2-3 months , one ear up in all his baby pic's ( which is soo cute now)! But I'd say by 4 months they were both up.. and always have been. Then my girlfriend gets a 8wks old pup and his are straight up and BIG!! (looked like a furry bat) so go figure?! I think they are all diffrent.
Like the coat changing color,,, it varies.
