Tatum doesn't tear her toys up but my parents' Cocker does with every toy she's ever been given. Our Aussie, Stormie, still had the very first toy we gave her, a medium sized stuffed mouse I think. She carried that thing around like a baby. Then Blaze, her son, came along. As soon as he was old enough, he tore that thing to shreds. We got her another "baby", he tore that up. The latest thing we gave him was a long "no stuffing" toy. Looks like one of those BoBo's. He loves it! Hasn't even tried to get the squeaker out. Maybe try one of those stuffing-free ones.
