You say it's not made by the maker of original Angel Eyes? Or was this a typo? If isn't made by the original makers of Angel Eyes, I would not purchase it, they are trying to mislead people, and this is a huge red flag that the company is unethical. Therefore, I believe, you can assume the product is bogus. Here's some more information on tear staining.
