You need to get a flea comb and comb your pups several times a day to get the fleas off. You probably have fleas in your house now so you need to get them under control. You probably should talk to your vet about what he recommends for the momma and the pups when they are old enough.
As for bathing, I usually give the pups their first bath when they are around 10 weeks old. Just make sure when you bath them the room is warm and you dry them with a blow dryer.
