Definitely switch dog foods, I don't know if it will help with the grass eating but it's still better for her. I think Purina is one of the worst on the market. I recommend:

Solid Gold
My baby is super picky and she won't eat anything but Royal Canin even though I've tried to switch her numerous times, if I had it my way she would be eating one of the above. |
