He personally isn't a jerk. I don't think he and I would be best friends in the real world, but he's not a jerk. He's just highly incompetent at his job. And to top it off he's not my supervisor! He was supervising people in my position, but that was 2 years ago. My supervisor is the Assistant Director of the entire place, which means my boss is his boss too. Yet, he tries to go around what my boss says, and is always giving contradicting information. ALWAYS! He's leading a meeting today. Another 2 hours wasted.

I just smile and nod, and say "ok" even when I know he and his assistant are wrong. I always double check with my boss before proceeding.
