I also have what I refer to as a "destro dog", she is a 2 years old Morkie. She can't have any stuffed toys as she shreds them and eats the pieces. Makes for colorful interesting poop. Last one was a dogs purple fuzzy ear
She has one stuffed dog in her crate she sleeps with that she doesn't chew on but she is slowly licking him to death. She eats her tennis balls, rubber toys, bouncy balls, you name it, she has probably eaten it. I finally found squeeky toys she can't seem to destroy. They are made by Hartz and are called dura play. They only have a couple kinds but I got her one shaped kind of like a jack (you can decide for yourself what it really looks like
) I also got a ball, both toys squeek and she loves them. She has tried to destroy them with no luck. Hope they work for your chewer too.
