Oh also for those interested you can call the state your breeder's kennel is in and ask them for a open records. You can obtain their kennel inspection report, and ask for any complaints or violations as well as how many animals they currently have and the conditions at time of inspection. I ONLY found this out last week. It's open records / freedom of information. You can also call their town and see if there are any litigations going on and info. on their current license too. E.
