Default Maybe I am over reacting

Rosie went to the emergency vet last weekend. He put her on Clavimox. Said it was probably a viral infection. Her white blood count was low and thought she might be stressed. Now for the last two days I am noticing that she is twitching but only when she is resting. She will lay on my lap and twitch. It is almost like a small jerk but then she stops. In a few minutes she will do it again. She is eating, drinking, going to the bathroom, playing. She seems a little nervous when there is any noise going on. I am going to call the vet tomorrow morning. Until then, has anyone seen this before? My husband thinks it could be from the antibiotic. But I don't know. I have been a little concerned that this could be a sign of seizures. But I have no experience with that. Any suggestions of what this could be? I have researched seizures, liver shunt, etc. I have just confused myself. Any help would be appreciated.
