I would give the vet a call. When Sammy had a bout of diahrea last summer the vet put him on antibiotics and after the diahrea stopped he didn't poop for 2 days. I was concerned and called the vet and she said 3 days would be OK after diahrea, then that night he finally pooped normally much to my relief.
