Raw diets are not high in protein. Many premium kibbles have protein around 48%. IIRC, a raw diet contains less than 20% protein. Same with Honest Kitchen. As far as fat, that would depend on what kinds of meat/cuts you are providing for him.
If your dogs are thriving on their current diet, there's no need to change.
Incidentally, we also feed an Honest Kitchen and raw combination diet. It works wonderfully for my four crazies.
Also, the quality of Honest Kitchen foods is unmatched by any other commercial dog food offered on the market.
