I have a 17 week old boy and his ears where not standing when I got him at 12 weeks... and I like the ears standing...so I shaved all the hair off both ears cause the hair weighs them down and I taped his ears up...its took about 3 weeks of taping and they are now up standing on there own...YAY!!!

What I did is shave all hair off the ear and I taped them up...I would keep the tape on for 3 days, take it off and leave them alone for 1 day..if the ears were standing I wouldn't retape until they dropped than I would retape for another 3 days...until they were standing on they own...its been about 2 weeks now with no taping and his ears are up...there are a few sites on the internet that I used that shows you how to tape them up I will go look and see if I can find them for ya.
