 Need a little help
I have recently added a new addition to our family, an 18 month old handsome yorkie...Gumbo. His mommy had alzheimers and had to go to a nursing home. He now has a brother...a 6 year old doxie and they have already become best buddies. I am having real trouble potty training him. Because his previous owner NEVER took him outside, he doesn't want to go potty outside. He will pee outside some but not much. I just can't kennel a dog. I treat them both like children and wouldn't ever put a child in a cage. He has adjusted to everything else here....feeding schedule...sleeping arrangements (in the bed with me) and treats. Does anyone have any suggestions? |
