The only downside I can think of is that it's a red state but not like my vote counts anyways, I know I can count on California to be blue and not like I really care about politics anyways I only just recently even registered to vote- I know, shame on me but I like to make informed votes and I dont have time to research every law they make up!

I guess hog hunting isn't for everyone. I'm with you on not enjoying all Cali has to offer. It use to be because I was too busy studying. Then cause I had no money. And now because I work. I do love that we can be at the beach in the morning, and in the mountains enjoying the snow by night. I've done it once, but I also had surgery that same day. Frolicking in the snow helped with the swelling.
