The above is what I would suggest also. Yorkies can go downhill very quickly. When symptoms like what you described start (for any dog), they do need to see a vet immediately and it isn't good to put it off until morning...or until it gets worse. Study up on vet care requirements some more before getting another one b/c I'd hate to see you go through this again.
