I agree a bit, I have seen these on occasion and am amused by them, but mostly because they are soooooo cute!!!
I have a front pack for Wosie that lets me either put her all the way in the bag, or pop her head and front paws out. It has a short leash inside so that she can't jump out, and mesh on the sides for ventilation. I wanted it for the hands-free use, and found it at Petsmart. It is only for 10 pounds maximum, and at 4 pounds, Wosie can still curl up inside. At 10 pounds, no way.
