You mentioned that you're waiting for your lil' guy to be old enough to fix...if he is over 4 months old, he is old enough. Please find a reputable Veterinarian or Spay/Neuter Clinic asap.
By the way...if you haven't found a Veterinarian as of yet...has your puppy been vaccinated
