Your post made me giggle. Most people are concerned when their pup gets too big. Your a good mommy and as long as your baby is eating right, he just might be a smaller one. The parents weights alone aren't good indicators. Oliver's family might carry genes to produce a smaller dog. He still can grow and fill out some. My vet told me they continue to grow until they are 12 months, and up to 18 months they fill out a little.
