NutriCal is wonderful to help with hyperglicemia, but not the end all that meets all. If used as a daily supplement it can lead to diabitis.

I'm glad that the pup is being taken to the vet, many things can be attributed to vomitting and diarreah; parasites, coccidia, giardia, all which need vet attention. What should have been suggested is to put this pup on a bland diet.....kibbles taken away. Steamed, bonless, skinless chicken with steamed rice. and a probiotic all which assist in keeping any irritation to the digestive track down.
