Mine did the same thing. I was in the kitchen, standing and holding him, and somehow he got his legs against my chest and pushed himself up and out of my arms. I would say he fell at least four feet onto the floor and against the refrigerator. It scared me to death. He got up and ran to his puppy bed a few feet away. I picked him up and put him on the counter to see if he could still stand and walk, etc. And, he could. A few mintues later, after the scare, he was running around and playing as usual. He didn't hurt himself --- but weren't we lucky! He didn't need to go to the vet. He could easily have broken bones or landed on his head and have had brain damage, etc. etc. etc. How lucky we were!

I hold him even more carefully and tightly now. I sure don't want that to ever happen again.

These little dogs are tiny little wiggleworms, and we may not think so, but they are also very strong. He was wiggling in my neighbor's arms a few days ago, and she said she could hardly keep hold of him. I know what she meant!
