not sure what you are doing? looks like you were able to reply.
You can hit the Reply in the lower right corner or Post Reply in the lower left corner.
The lower right is a quick reply and the Post Reply gives you more options.
If you wish to quote a person's response, you hit the lower right Quote button it will quote that one response. If you hit the middle button with the Quotation marks, you can quote up to 3 people.
