She's in Lakewood CA.....looks like she posted a thread in the For Sale just a few days ago looking for a little boy. No one answered at least publicly.
I'm hoping that the OPer if currently at the vet and that your puppy is being seen by a vet. This is an emergency and his life depends on you.
