It's great that you had a wonderful experience and glad you posted it. However, recommending a breeder is a big responsibility. Recommendation should not be given lightly and only if one is thorougly knowledgable of the breeder's breeding practices.
The contract gave out some red flags. Every breeder at one time or another will experience some difficulty in the breeding program. But, it's how they handle the situation that makes the determination if a breeder is reputable or not.
