 Is your Yorkie a good traveler?
Mine sure isn't! He doesn't mind the crate at all and doesn't make a sound, but every time I take him in the car, even just to the vet, he will throw up. I took him on a 3 hour car trip this weekend and he threw up, just like I knew he would so no big deal. However....the entire weekend we were gone he had diarrhea. I brought water from home and his normal usual food so all I can think of was that he has a nervous stomach or something. We got home yesterday and he has been perfectly fine. He even acted fine on the trip, except for the diarrhea. He also had a bout of diarrhea about 2 weeks ago. Took him to the vet and he did not have Parvo and they also checked his stool and it was fine, so I don't think he is sick. Anyone else experience anything like this with their Yorkie? |
