Would you want that to happen too you? Also, matting happens quickly...almost overnight especially when wet or damp.
Please don't wait to decide if you think the owners are taking proper care of the pup.... they are probably worried sick.
Gee thanks a lot. I have 2 of my own that matt and understand this. Feb 3, is only the day that I could bring her to the vet if she is still missing. It would never happen to me, my dogs are always well supervised , and never out in the cold, foggy , rainy day. i just wanted support , not to be critized, would u feel better if my brother just left her in the road?
