Teddi doesn't have any warts (but she is only 4)...my Standard Poodle (who passed last year a week before her 15th b-day) got one when she was about 10 years old on top of her head. We used to call it her tiny brain because it kind of looked like a little brain. The doctor removed it and sent it in for analysis but it was nothing and I think he only had to do 1 or 2 stitches. When she was about 13 years old she got one on the side of her nose and it kept growing bigger and bigger (but it was totally different from the tiny brain)....you could tell this was full of blood. The doctor said don't worry it doesn't bother her and it will just fall off eventually. Well I should not have listened to him and I should have done something because I came home one day and it looked like someone was murdered. It had burst. I had to take her to the vet and they stitched it up but it was a MESS. Needless to say we don't go to that old man vet anymore because he is too laxed about stuff!!
