Clicker training takes persistence. And they do learn fast that a click means a treat, LOL. I can get mine to come from anywhere in the house just with a quick click.

It sounds like you may be over using the clicker right now. At this point, because she is so young, I would only click when you are specifically asking her to do something, like sit, go potty, etc. You can also start spacing out the time between the click and the treat so that she knows she needs to wait. Soon, the clicker will come to symbolize that a treat is coming, eventually, so I need to keep being good.
