The best thing you can do is contact the CKC and file complaints with them for unethical practices.
The next thing is to watermark your ads and pictures so she can't use them in any of her ads.
You might also consider legal action against her.
If she has a website that she is using to plagerize your ads, you can go to whois.com and find out who her site is registered through and contact them. Most hosting sites have very strict policies about copyright infringement.
Then keep posting in forums like this and else where. The more her name is used (truthfully) the more it will show up when someone tries to google her to find out about her kennel and practices.
